Terms of Service

Thank you for using Project X (the "Website") and/or the Project X Mobile Application (the "App," and together with the Website, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Project X Technologies Inc. ("Project X," "we," "us," "our"), and provides access to Project X's content, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services").

The download, installation, and use of the Services through the Platform are offered to you (the "User," "Client," "you") strictly subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By accessing, downloading, or using the Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

The Services are provided to merchants, partners, customers, and potential customers that wish to engage with Project X for the purposes intended by Project X. If you are not within this intended audience, you are not granted any rights under these Terms and must cease use of the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement and, if acting on behalf of a company, you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, Project X grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services through the Platform for your internal business purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services or Project X content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform.
• Sell, sublicense, or distribute the Services.
• Remove or alter proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyrights.

• You may be required to register an account with a username, password, or verification code.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
• Project X is not liable for unauthorized use of your account if caused by your negligence or failure to maintain security.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• Upload, share, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or automated scraping tools.
• Engage in spam, unsolicited promotions, or misleading commercial practices.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access.

• All content, trademarks, graphics, designs, and code on the Platform ("Project X Content") are owned or licensed by Project X.
• You are granted no ownership rights in the Platform or Services.
• Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

If you submit content (e.g., product information, images, reviews, feedback), you grant Project X a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the operation of the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal rights to all submitted content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

• The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
• Project X disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project X and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Total liability of Project X shall not exceed fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $50).

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Project X.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
• Force Majeure: Project X is not responsible for failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
